We are looking for a talented Associate Director, with expertise in quantitative methodologies, someone who is –

• an established, agency-side, Associate Director with experience in retail/FMCG sectors
• excited to lead complex, strategic ad hoc projects of all sizes
• skilled in data analysis, manipulation and visualisation, has familiarity with, and experience of, advanced analytics techniques – max diffs, KDAs, conjoint
• able to deliver compelling, story-led reports that demonstrate strategic thinking & drive activation for our clients
• experienced at growing accounts, building lasting relationships and at ease with advising and challenging clients
• comfortable leading the thinking on winning proposals and pitches
• an accomplished project manager who can juggle numerous priorities at any one time, whilst producing high quality outputs at speed
• passionate about coaching and motivating junior team members
